"Pretty reliable service-few outages, but they don't last long."

    The only other option available is Comcast...which wasn't available at the time I moved. Now that things are set up it's not worth the hassle to switch.

    Initially I had to go with a 12 month contract...when it expired they offered the same service at a lower rate with no contract. I guess having Comcast as competition now is a good thing
