batch resize

I have about 200 images in a folder, they vary in size, and I'd like to reduce the amount of space they take up by downsizing them, so they can be displayed on the web easily.
I have PS elements 4.0 can I set up a batch resize? how would I do that?
I had a look in the help files, but did not see anything of use.

OT Warning!

If you have Irfanview it will batch this as well. I know you have PSE but I thought I'd throw in another (free) alternative should you choose.

File->Batch Conversion
In the dialog that follows check the "Use advanced options" to get another dialog with resize options, etc. Also check the "normal" Options button the main dialog.

There is a great MS Powertoy tweak that resizes photos, but they may be too small after using it, depending on your needs.

»www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/down···oys.mspx

The resizer offers three preset sizes an dallows for custom. There isn't a compression setting, but I find it does a great job for emailing if you are in a rush, and maybe you can use it too. Just highlight and right click after adding the toy. Very fast and easy, it is like the built in resizer for emailing that comes with XP, but I think this will work on all MS OSs.

EDIT: Looks like a new color management toy I never saw before too.
